Like many Northwest Arkansas residents, I am not originally from here. Years ago, my father’s job moved us to Arkansas from Michigan. Northwest Arkansas is now my home. I absolutely love it here! Because I can relate to such a transition, I am so intrigued by the stories of residents and how their journey landed them in Northwest Arkansas. Each journey is unique and yet the overall experience is one of love for their new home. Since I have resided here, this region has grown in leaps and bounds! These “transferees” and the diversity is what makes Northwest Arkansas so special and a place I am proud to call my home.
My mother owned a real estate company for many years. Like many teens, my intent was not to follow in my parents’ footsteps. I, for one, was not a sales person and selling anything was just not my “thing”. However, after owning property and experiencing many real estate transactions personally, I was encouraged to obtain a Real Estate License.
The best decision I ever made.
Real Estate is about people. Not sales. Not numbers.
I enjoy walking families through a real estate transaction, educating them regarding market statistics and using negotiating skills to create “win-win” situations. The satisfaction of assisting buyers and sellers into their next phase of life through new home purchases, upsizing, downsizing, or adding investment inventory, is, well………priceless.
I am an educator of market statistics, a coach in positioning your home effectively in current market conditions, a resource for homes on the market, a negotiator of real estate contracts and inspection repairs, a counselor, and your partner in one of the most important investments of your life.
Your Home, Your Future, My Commitment.
